Mini Finishes

I have a couple more little finishes from 2013 to share.  First up is a ruffle baby bib from Nana Company's wonderful tutorial.  This was my second time making one of these and surely won't be my last!

And next up I used another one of her tutorials to make a needlebook for a friend's birthday.  I was teaching her how to quilt during her birthday visit so I figured she needed some sewing related accoutrement.  

I loved working on this needlebook.  There was lots of room for creativity, machine piecing, hand-stiching, appliqué, embroidery, and embelishments.  I will say though that it drove my husbands nuts that I was spending so much time on something so tiny :)  But like I said, I loved it!
